A QR sticker on your key-drop box or front door. No app to download, no account to create. It opens straight to your shop's check-in page with your name and logo on it.

They check in from the parking lot
Plate, phone number, and what's wrong — in their own words, typed or spoken. They can add photos of the damage or the dash light. It takes about ninety seconds, standing next to the car.

Printed on screen so they can screenshot it before they drop the keys and drive off. They can reopen that link later to see where their car stands.

You open one inbox in the morning
Every overnight check-in in one list — plate, phone, photos, and the concern as the customer described it. You triage, correct anything wrong, and hand it to your DMS.
What it costs
No setup fee. 14-day free trial. This is an add-on to whatever you already run — it does not replace your shop-management system and is not priced as though it did.
- Unlimited check-ins. We do not charge per car.
- Month to month. Cancel whenever — the QR just stops resolving.
- Founding shops: the first 10 locations pay $79/month for as long as the subscription stays active.
What it does not do
Every shop has been sold software that did less than the demo. Here is the short list, up front.
- Does it connect to my DMS?
- No. Autoris does not read from or write to Tekmetric, Mitchell, Shop-Ware or anything else. You copy the details across, or export the check-in. Anyone who tells you their integration is live should be asked to show it writing a real repair order.
- Does it text me when someone checks in?
- Not today. Your advisor opens the inbox and the overnight check-ins are there. Email and SMS alerts are the next thing on the list, and you would not pay more for them.
- Do my customers need an app?
- No. It is a web page. It works on any phone with a camera.
- What if a customer will not use it?
- Then they use an envelope, like today. This does not replace your process — it catches the ones who would rather type than write in the dark.
