What happens after the trial?
You decide whether to continue. We don't auto-charge a card you didn't add. If you want to keep using ROIQ after day 14, we send you a Stripe link to start your subscription.
What about my existing DMS / shop management system?
ROIQ sits next to your DMS, not on top of it. The applied warranty packet is exportable as PDF and can be pushed into Mitchell, Tekmetric, Shop-Ware, and other DMS systems via the existing handoff adapters. We do not replace your DMS.
Is my shop's data shared with other shops?
No. Every shop's workspace is isolated. Aggregate warranty intelligence (which repair patterns get approved vs denied by which OEM) is anonymized and used to improve the AI proposals — your specific RO data never appears in another shop's context.
