Upload the documents from one claim, chat with them, and walk away with a packet draft a warranty admin can actually file.
Upload-first
Drop a pile of RO PDFs, photos, technician notes, warranty policies, TSBs, SRT pages. Server extracts text from PDFs automatically — no paste step.
Source-grounded chat
Every answer cites the source it came from. No source = no claim — the assistant won't invent facts to fill a gap.
Evidence checklist
Real-time scan of your sources for VIN, mileage, complaint, diagnosis, cause, correction, parts list, photos, verification. Missing items get a specific 'why' so the technician knows what to capture.
Denial-risk warnings
Color-coded flags for the patterns most likely to get a warranty claim denied — missing cause statement, missing parts list, mileage gap, no verification step.
Repair story draft + packet preview
One click compiles the notebook into a warranty-ready narrative + a markdown packet you can copy into your DMS or hand to a warranty admin.
Free during beta
No card on file, no Stripe. When pricing lands it will be deliberately low — Notebook is the on-ramp tier.
A personal warranty intelligence assistant. Drop in repair orders, technician notes, photos, warranty policy PDFs, TSBs, and SRT pages — chat with the notebook to get source-grounded answers, an evidence checklist, denial-risk warnings, and a warranty-ready repair story draft.
Notebook is warranty-aware. It checks specific evidence requirements (VIN, mileage, cause statement, parts list, pre-repair photos, post-repair verification), flags the items most likely to cause a denial, and composes a packet draft a warranty admin can actually file. The answers cite the source they came from — if the sources don't support an answer, the assistant says so.
Independent shop owners, mobile / specialty diagnosticians (HD truck, RV, EV, marine, equipment), and service advisors at mid-tier dealers without an enterprise ROIQ contract. If you have a few warranty claims a month that get denied or kicked back, Notebook is for you.
Free during the waitlist + beta period. When pricing lands it will be deliberately low — Notebook is the on-ramp tier; the enterprise ROIQ product is a separate annual contract sold to dealer groups.
Source documents are private to your notebook. We never use uploaded source bytes as training data for any model. There is one opt-in checkbox at notebook creation — Allow Autoris to use anonymized claim patterns to improve warranty intelligence — and that explicitly excludes source documents, PII, VINs, and photos. You can revoke it anytime and we delete the derived patterns.
When the notebook is connected to Autoris' production AI backend, your question + relevant source excerpts go to Azure OpenAI under our enterprise agreement (no consumer training). The privacy notice at signup will name the provider. Until then, the chat path returns local heuristic answers.
PDFs, text files (txt, md), and images (jpg, png). PDFs get text extracted server-side via pypdf — you don't have to copy-paste anything. The 25 MB per-file ceiling is plenty for almost every RO or warranty policy PDF.
No. Notebook produces a draft repair story + packet preview that you can paste into your DMS or hand to a warranty admin. DMS integration (Mitchell, Tekmetric, Shop-Ware) and OEM portal submission live in the enterprise ROIQ tier.
If you outgrow Notebook (multi-user shop, real RO list from your DMS, governance / audit needs), there's a clear upgrade ladder: ROIQ Department (per-seat, mid-tier) and Enterprise ROIQ (dealer-group, annual contract). The Upgrade CTA inside the notebook points at our contact form.
Right here. The waitlist gets one email when public access opens — no drip campaign, no spam.
